摘  要:应用SEM+EDS和TG/DSC分析技术,对天然气净化厂使用半年后的硫磺回收催化剂积碳情况进行了定量表征。表征结果表明,催化剂积碳主要分布在其外表面,导致催化剂呈现黑色的主要原因是催化剂主体中含有金属硫化物。鉴于催化剂表层所附着的碳类物质性质比较稳定,因此减缓催化剂积碳的建议措施是减少上游克劳斯燃烧炉产生的碳和适当增加催化剂上层瓷球层厚度。The coke deposition of catalyst used for half a year in sulphur recovery of Natural Gas Purification Plant was quantitatively characterized by SEM+EDS and TG/DSC analysis. The results showed that the coke was deposited primarily on the external surface. The black appearance of the catalyst was mainly due to the metal sulphides contained in the main part of catalyst. Since the properties of the carbonaceous materials deposited on the external surface of catalyst are relatively stable, coke deposition can be suppressed by reducing the coke formation in the upstream of the Claus furnace and increasing the layer thickness of ceramic ball in the catalyst upper bed.
