研究生学术行为与儒家关系主义之间的关系研究

摘　　要：对广州大学城校区的研究生(艺术类体育类研究生除外)进行分层和随机抽样,从人情、关系和面子三大维度测量研究生的学术规范态度,发现研究生学术规范行为情况不容乐观。儒家关系主义文化背景下,研究生的学术行为受到人情、关系和面子等因素的影响,儒家关系主义已然渗透至现时研究生的学术行为中;研究生更易受学术行为中的人情因素影响,人文社科类研究生学术行为失范现象最为严重,理工科研究生对于学术行为中的人情因素和关系因素较为容忍。This research stratifies and randomly samples graduates （except graduates majored in arts and sports） in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center and measures graduates’ academic standard attitude from three dimensions： human feeling, relationship and face. The study discovers that under the background of Confucian relationalism, postgraduates’ academic behaviors are not optimistic, which were already influenced by Confucian relationalism, especially in the perspective of human feeling; Postgraduates majoring in humanity and social science have the most serious academic misconduct and postgraduates majoring in science and engineering have more tolerance for human feeling and relationship in academic behaviors.
