摘　　要：在自动指纹识别过程中,指纹图像增强起着关键性的作用。根据指纹自身脊线的纹理特点加之Gabor滤波器在方向性和频率选择性方面的优良特性,对Gabor滤波在指纹增强算法中的应用做了研究,结果表明,能提高自动指纹识别的效率。In the process of automatic fingerprint identification, fingerprint image enhancement plays a key role. Based on the texture characteristics of fingerprint ridges and Gabor filter＆#39;s quality in directivity and frequency selectivity, the application of Gabor filter in fingerprint enhancement algorithm is studied and the results show that it can improve the efficiency of automatic fingerprint identification.
