新生代农民工的中国梦与工作幸福感研究

摘　　要：农民工为我国现代化建设和城市发展做出了巨大贡献,更多的新生代农民工涌入城市,成为实现中国梦征程中的一股全新中国力量。新生代农民工的工作幸福感关系到我国未来劳动力的质量和经济社会的长远发展。建立新生代农民工的中国梦与工作幸福感的影响因素模型,分析新生代农民工中国梦实现过程中遇到的难题,探讨新生代农民工中国梦的实现途径和工作幸福感的提升对策。The new generation migrant workers become a new force in the journey of realizing China Dream.Their job-related well-being is related to the quality of Chinese labor force in the future.This paper built a model on the influencing factors of China Dream and job-related well-being of new generation migrant workers,analyzed the difficulties in the journey of realizing their China Dream,and discussed the ways of realizing their China Dream and the countermeasures of promoting their job-related well-being.
