温阳活血法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃经穴位微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药温阳活血法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃经穴位微循环的影响。方法:收集70例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床资料,判定临床证型,应用激光多普勒血流仪测定双侧胃经厉兑、内庭、陷谷、冲阳、解溪、丰隆、足三里、梁丘诸穴微循环量,之后给予中药汤剂口服,以温阳活血为法,2周后再次测定患者上述穴位的微循环量,并对治疗前后的数据进行统计分析。结果:双侧胃经各个穴位治疗过程中及治疗后微循环量均较治疗前增加,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论:用温阳活血法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,可改善胃经循经气血供应,从而促进疾病痊愈。Objective：To observe the effects of Warming Yang and promoting blood circulation method on chronic atrophic gastritis patients of stomach meridian acupoints microcirculation. Methods：Clinical data of 70 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,determine the clinical syndromes,the application was measured by laser doppler flowmetry bilateral stomach Lidui,chambers,the rift valley,Chong Yang,Jie Xi,Fenglong,Zusanli,Liangqiu Zhu point microcirculation after administration of the decoction of Chinese medicine,oral,with Warming Yang and promoting blood circulation for method,the amount of microcirculation were measured again 2 weeks later the acupoint of patients,before and after the treatment of data for statistical analysis. Results：Bilateral stomach each point,increase,in the course of treatment and after treatment than before treatment P0.01 microcirculation volume,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with warming Yang and promoting blood circulation,can improve the stomach meridian qi and blood supply,so as to promote disease recovery.
