小儿脑瘫治疗中中医康复护理应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究对脑瘫小龄患者采用中医康复护理的临床效果。方法:选取我院近年收治的脑瘫小龄患者共86例,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上另加入中医康复护理。对比两组患者情绪状态(抑郁程度)、CSS评分以及踝关节评分差异性。结果:情绪状态方面,对照组中9例未出现抑郁,观察组中则有20例未出现抑郁,且观察组中出现重度抑郁的比例更低。CSS评分方面,两组患者护理前分数在11分左右,护理后对照组降至9.75分,观察组降至7.95分;踝关节评分方面,两组患者护理前分数在86分左右,护理后对照组降至80.43分,观察组降至72.14分。可见两组患者在护理前两项评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组分数更优,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对脑瘫小龄患者采用中医康复护理能够改善患者踝关节活动度以及下肢痉挛程度,避免患儿出现重度抑郁情况,具有临床推广价值。Objective：study on the effect of TCM rehabilitation care application in treatment of children with cerebral. Methods：Selected small age Patients with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital in recent years,total of 86 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group with conventional care model on the basis of the observation group and add another TCM rehabilitation care. Compared two groups of patients emotional state（depression level）,CSS score and ankle score difference. Results：The emotional state,the control group,9 cases of depression did not appear in the observation group,there are 20 cases of depression does not appear in observation group,and the observation group appeared lower proportion of severe depression. CSS score,the two groups of patients in nursing score 11 points or so ago,nursing fell 9.75 points in the control group,the observation group fell 7.95 points;ankle score,the two groups of patients in nursing score 86 points or so ago,after care control group fell 80.43 points,observer Group fell to 72.14 points. There was no significant difference between the two groups were seen（P0.05）in two scores before treatment,after treatment observation group scores better contrast significant difference（P0.05）between groups. Conclusion：Patients with cerebral palsy using small age TCM rehabilitation care can improve patient ankle and lower limb spasticity,avoid children with severe cases of depression,with a clinical value.
