高职高专教育的问题域与德国应用科学大学经验借鉴

摘　　要：我国高职高专教育面临着生源危机日益逼近、国内经济战略和国际化战略的机遇期以及高等教育大众化到普及化的艰难抉择。德国应用科学大学在应用型人才培养方面给我国高职高专教育发展提供了具有较强实效性和可操作性的借鉴参考。我国亟需在借鉴德国应用科学大学经验基础上,进一步厘清高职高专教育责任和人才培养定位,明确高职高专教育发展的路径,打造应用型人才培养模式,积极开拓生源空间,逐步拓展国际生源市场。Higher vocational colleges face the problems of crises of decreasing student-resources, opportunity of national and international strategies of economy, and hard choices from mass higher education to the popularization of higher education. The university of applied sciences in Germany gives us more effective and operational reference in applied talents training. On this basis, higher vocational education need to clear the duty and talents positioning, clarify the development road, build the mode of applied talents training, opens up source of students space, and develop the international market of source of students.
