摘　　要：研究生新生入学教育是研究生整体教育过程的开端,是研究生培养的重要环节,也是加强研究生思想政治教育工作的主要内容。文章分析当前高校研究生新生特点,论证加强高校研究生新生入学教育的必要性和重要性,并结合笔者的工作实际就入学教育的内容和实施方式进行探讨,旨在增强研究生新生入学教育的实效性和针对性。The orientation of new postgraduate students is not only the beginning of the whole process of postgraduate education but also an important time for and part of the ideological and political education of postgraduates. This paper analyzed the current characteristics of university postgraduate freshmen, discussed the necessity and importance as well as the contents and methods of the orientation, aimed at strengthening the effectiveness and pertinence of this entrance education of postgraduate students.
