摘　　要：80后高校辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作的主体,肩负着引导在校学生系好人生第一颗扣子的重任,其师德水平直接关系到广大青年学生的思想政治水平。通过对80后辅导员队伍进行SWOT分析,把握80后辅导员群体的特征,探索针对80后辅导员师德建设的有效路径。As the main body of university students＇ ideological and political education, the post-80＇s university tutors undertake the responsibility of guiding the students to the right way in their lives. The morality of those tutors is closely related to students＇ ideological and political level. With the help of SWOT analysis of the post-80＇s tutors, this research tried to discover the common characteristics of this group of people and find out effective ways for the moral development of those tutors.
