FOLFOX4新辅助化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价奥沙利铂(OXA)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)及氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)新辅助化疗方案(即FOLFOX4方案)在进展期胃癌治疗中的临床疗效。方法收集2012年1月-2014年1月医院普外科行FOLFOX4新辅助化疗的进展期胃癌患者30例,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果 30例患者中23例获得手术切除,16例获得根治性切除,临床有效率为53.3%;其中部分缓解14例(46.7%),病情稳定11例(36.7%),病情进展5例(16.7%)。不良反应主要为恶心、呕吐,白细胞减少等,对症治疗后可缓解,无化疗相关死亡病例。结论 FOLFOX4新辅助化疗在进展期胃癌的治疗中是安全且有效的。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin （ OXA） combined with calcium folinate （ CF） and fluorouracil（5-Fu） neoadjuvant chemotherapy （ FOLFOX4 regimen） in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer .Methods Collected 30 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer from January 2012 to January 2014 at the department of general sur-gery in the Hospital.All patients were treated by FOLFOX4 neoadjuvant chemotherapy .Observed the clinical efficacy and ad-verse reactions.Results Among 30 patients,23 patients were surgically removed and 16 cases were curative resection ,the clinical response rate was 53.3%;partial response 14 cases（46.7%）,stable disease 11 cases（36.7%）,5 cases of disease progression（16.7%）.The main side effects were nausea ,vomiting,leukopenia,symptomatic treatment can be alleviated ,no chemotherapy-related deaths .Conclusion FOLFOX4 is safe and effective as neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer.
