摘  要:摩擦型带传动是靠摩擦力来传递运动及动力的,所以在安装时,必须以一定的预拉力张紧在带轮上,这时带与带轮的接触面间产生正压力。传动带静止时,带两边承受相等的拉力,称为初拉力。当传动带传动时,由于带与带轮接触面之间摩擦力的作用,带两边的拉力不再相等。一边被拉紧,称为紧边;一边被放松,称为松边。紧边与松边拉力之差称为带传动的有效拉力,也是带所传递的圆周力,其值为带和带轮接触面上各点摩擦力的总和。在一定的条件下,带与带轮接触面间摩擦力有一极限值,如果工作阻力超过了摩擦力的极限值,带将在带轮面上打滑,带传动将不能正常工作。Friction type belt transmission is by friction to transfer movement and power, so at the time of installation, must take the pretension of the certain tension on the belt wheel, the contact surface between the belt and the belt wheel to generate positive pressure. The drive belt is static, with both sides bear equal force, called the initial tension. When the belt drive, the belt and the belt wheel friction on the contact surface between the role of belt on both sides of the pulling force is no longer equal. One side is called the tight side tension, relax; side is called the loose side. Tight side and slack side tension difference is called the effective tensile force of belt transmission, but also with the circumferential force, its value is the sum of the friction between the belt and the belt wheel on the contact surface. Under certain conditions, the friction between the belt and the belt wheel contact surface has a limit, if more than the limit friction resistance value, with the slip surface in the belt pulley, belt drive will not work properly.
