摘　　要：在校企合作过程中,通畅与充分的信息交流能够使双方的合作更深入,实现校企双方资源的优化组合。文章基于协同理论,分析了共享型校企合作信息平台的作用,提出了建设该平台的必要性和重要意义。Convenient and sufficient information exchange can make the cooperation more in-depth and achieve resource optimization combination of both parties in the process of university-enterprise cooperation. In this paper the function of information sharing platform is analyzed and the importance and significance to build the platform is presented based on the synergy theory.
