表象训练法在医学院校蛙泳教学中的实验研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、对比实验、逻辑分析等方法探讨表象训练教学对医学院校大学生蛙泳教学效果的影响。研究结果表明:在蛙泳教学中采用表象训练法有利于学生对蛙泳技能的学习和掌握;有利于缓解学生的焦虑感,调动学生学习的积极性;有利于增强学生的意志品质;有利于对学生蛙泳技术动作的进一步改进和提高。采用表象训练法教学效果优于传统教学方法。Adopting the methods of literature, comparative experiments, logic to analyze the effect of image training of breaststroke teaching on students in medical colleges and universities. The results show that the imagery training methods used in breaststroke teaching is helpful for students to the learning and control of breaststroke skill, to ease students＇ anxi- ety, to mobilize the enthusiasm of students＇ learning, to strengthen students＇ character and benefit students to further improve the breaststroke technique. The teaching effect is better than traditional teaching.
