摘 要:针对管端环缝的焊接现状,设计一款基于摆动式电弧传感器的管端环缝全自动焊机,给出焊机整体结构图,分析各主要组成部分的功能,提出具有无急回特性的焊枪运动控制装置的设计思想,实现了焊枪和摆动式电弧传感器一体化.并提出一种改进型左右区域积分差值法,最后用MATLAB进行仿真.理论分析和实验表明:该焊机具备管端环缝全自动焊接的功能,具有较高的焊缝检测精度.Aimed at current situation of the pipe end ring seam welding,full-automatic welding machine was designed based on swing arc sensor for pipe end welding.Its overall structure diagram was given and the function of its every major components was analyzed.The design idea of its torch motion device without quick return characteristics was presented to realize the integration of the torch and swing arc sensor.An improved right-and-left regional integral difference method was further presented.Finally,the simulation was carried with MATLAB.It was shown by theoretical analysis and experiment that this welding machine could be used to realize automatic welding with high precision of weld inspection.
