摘 要:国际学生评价项目"PISA"是经合组织为反映学生学习成果、提高学生学习能力而推行的跨国性比较测验。该项目以学生更好的学习、教师更好的教学、学校体制更加高效为基本理念,经多年的实施,在世界教育政策发展中起到了积极的促进作用。梳理和研究"PISA"项目的产生与发展、内容与实施,不但有助于深入了解该评价体系的整体发展全貌,彰显其鲜明特点,还能窥探其未来发展趋势,以期从中获取有益借鉴。PISA is an international comparative measure that reflects students' learning outcomes, and improves students' ability to learn organized by OECD. The basic concept of this measure is that students learn better, teachers teach better, the school system become more efficient. After few years, this project has promoted the development of education policy. Analyzing and researching the generation and development, content and implementation of the "PISA" project will not only provide the whole picture of the educational evaluation system and its distinctive characteristics, but also show its future development trends.
