摘 要:本文以战后日本历代首相的施政报告和日本国语教育大纲为研究对象,分析战后日本青少年国语教育施策的核心思想。战后日本历代首相在施政报告中反复提倡青少年作为日本未来发展的主人应该传承民族文化。因此,战后日本在推行青少年国语教育中,三项政策尤为重要。第一,规定青少年要达到熟练掌握说、听、写、读四项运用国语的基本技能;第二,青少年国语教育要纳入日本民族传统文化的内容;第三,青少年国语教育把借鉴和吸收中国古典文化精髓作为一项重要内容。Based on the policy addresses given by the Japanese Prime Ministers in the past dynasties and the national language syllabus, the core idea of the postwar adolescent national language educational policy is analyzed. The idea that adolescents should be the host of the future of Japanese development and should inherit the national culture has been advocated repeatedly in the postwar Japanese Prime Minister Policy addresses. Three policies are extremely important in carrying out the postwar adolescent national language education. First, the regulation that the adolescents must grasp the basic speaking, listening, writing and reading skills in applying national language was made. Second, the Japanese traditional culture must be brought into the adolescent national language education. Third, borrowing and absorbing Chinese classical cultural quintessence is taken as an important content in national language education.
