摘　　要：亚太地区的跨国经济活动主要由美国式国际生产网络、日本式国际生产网络和华商式国际生产网络主导,其中日本式国际生产网络的核心企业股权结构比较集中,股东相对比较稳定,管理以内部董事为主体,经营者更注重长远利益,把市场占有率和利润最大化作为经营目标。日本企业主导的生产网络通常把高附加值的生产环节保留在日本,低附加值的生产环节和组装环节转移到东亚其他发展中国家,一方面拉动日本对东亚其他国家的出口,另一方面推动东亚其他国家对美国的出口。International production networks is a new production organization, which makes the world production activities being no longer in isolation, but rather as an integral part of the global production system. Cross - border economic activity in Asia Pacific is mainly lead by Americanstyle international production networks, Japanese - style international production networks and Chinese - style international production networks. Among them, Americanstyle international production networks is more open, which belongs modnlar production network. Its brand leader focuses on high R ＆ D and marketing of value - added and other aspects, and the low valueadded production processes are outsourced to contract manufacturers, and a large production capacity is transferred to East Asia, which increasingly makes East Asia as the product supply base of the United States.
