摘　　要：美沙酮维持治疗自产生之日起就伴随着学术界的广泛争论,在争论过程中,美国、英联邦国家(如英国、加拿大、澳大利亚)的学界就此开展了充分的论议。梳理美、英学界争论演变的情况,对于今后我们更好认识和讨论美沙酮治疗项目以及将来可能的发展趋势具有积极意义。From the date of produce, the methadone maintenance treatment has been accompanied with a wide range of academic debates. During the debate process in the United States, the com- monwealth countries （such as Britain, Canada, and Australia）, and the academic community have conducted adequate discussion. Combing the evolution of the debate in the United States and Britain has positive meaning for us to understand and discuss the methadone treatment and its future devel- opment.
