工科大学生创业基本素质与创业教育途径研究

摘　　要：随着时代发展以及对人才培养标准的不断提高,提升大学生的综合素质已经成为当前人才培养工作的重点。培养学生的关键就是通过教学活动帮助学生掌握就业技能,实现就业。与其他学科不同,工科大学生的理论素质及其实践性更为突出,因此工科大学生参与创业就更具现实性和可能性。针对目前工科大学生创业基本素质与创业教育的不足之处,从提高认识、改革课程体系、创新教学模式、丰富人才培养理念、搭建创业教育实践平台等方面探讨了工科大学生创业基本素质培养的有效途径与形式。With requirement in modern times and the development of the continuous improvement of the talent training standards,improving the comprehensive quality of college students has become the focus of the current personnel training work. The key issue lies in helping students to be employed and master skills for new jobs through teaching activities. Different from other disciplines,engineering students＇ theoretical and practical skills are more outstanding,therefore their participation in entrepreneurship is more reality and possibility. In view of the present deficiency of entrepreneurship education and basic quality for engineering students,it discusses the effective ways to cultivate students＇ basic entrepreneurial quality and form from raising awareness and reform curriculum system,creating teaching modes and methods,enriching talent training philosophy and establishing entrepreneurship？ education practice platform.
