摘　　要：针对我国高新技术产业集群升级发展的技术创新需求,在总结国内外相关产业竞争情报研究成果的基础上,界定了高新技术产业集群技术竞争情报服务体系的内涵及作用,从知识创新视角阐述了由服务目标、服务主体、知识源、处理方法、知识产品和服务对象等六大要素构成的产业竞争情报服务体系及其具体运作流程,根据服务主体作用的动态演变探讨了我国高新技术产业集群技术竞争情报服务体系的三阶段发展策略,为我国集群层面技术竞争情报工作的系统化研究和专业化开展提供理论支持。According to the technical innovation requirement of updating development for Chinese high-tech industrial cluster,this paper describes the connotation and function of competitive technical intelligence for high-tech industrial cluster on the basis of the summary of the relevant research for the industrial competitive intelligence at home and abroad. From the aspect of knowledge innovation, it makes detailed description of the six elements of industrial competitive intelligence, such as service aim, service subject, knowledge source, processing method, knowledge product and service object. Meanwhile,the operation process is given. Finally,it discusses the three-stage development strategy of competitive technical intelligence service system for Chinese high-tech industrial cluster according to the dynamic evolution of service subject role,in order to provide theory support for the systematic research and specialized development of competitive technical intelligence in industrial cluster.
