摘　　要：目的了解抑郁症患者生活质量及自我病耻感状况,探讨抑郁症患者生活质量与自我病耻感的相关性。方法采用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和精神疾病内在病耻感调查表(ISMI)对2013年9—12月泰州地区3家精神疾病防治院的155例抑郁症患者进行问卷调查。结果抑郁症患者总体生活质量、生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域得分均低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ISMI标准分为(2.52±0.44)分,不同自我病耻感水平患者在年龄、发病年龄、每天服药次数、药物种类及住院次数的分布上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,患者总体生活质量及其4个领域得分与ISMI标准分及除病耻抵抗因子外的其他因子得分均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论抑郁症患者生活质量水平较低,自我病耻感水平较高。患者的生活质量各领域与自我病耻感的标准分以及疏远因子、刻板印象因子、歧视因子、社交退缩因子呈负相关。精神卫生工作者应针对抑郁症患者的自我病耻感对其生活质量的影响采取相应的干预措施,降低其自我病耻感,最大限度地促进患者康复,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the life quality and self -stigma of patients With depressive disorder and to explore the correlation betWeen them. Methods A total of 155 patients Were recruited from three centers of mental disease prevention and treatment in Taizhou from September to December in 2013. They Were investigated With the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire-Brief Version（ WHOQOL-BREF）and Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness Scale （ISMI）. Results The scores of general life quality,physiology,psychology and social relationship Were loWer（P 〈0. 05） than the national norm. The score of ISMI Was（ 2. 52 ± 0. 44 ） . Patients With different levels of self -stigma Were significantly different（ P 〈 0. 05 ） in age, onset age, daily times of medication intake, number of medication types and times of hospitalization. Pearson correlation analysis shoWed that the scores of general life quality and its four aspects Were all negatively correlated（P〈0. 01）With ISMI standard score and each of other dimension in ISMI apart from stigma resistance. Conclusion Patients With depressive disorder are at a loW level of life quality and at a high level of self-stigma. Each aspect of life quality is negatively correlated With the scores of self -stigma,alienation,stereotype endorsement,perceived discrimination and social WithdraWal. To reduce self-stigma and promote patients＇rehabilitation to the greatest extent,mental health Workers should take effective measures according to the influence of self-stigma on the life quality of patients With depressive disorder.
