摘　　要：目的了解躯体形式障碍(SDs)患者家属的抑郁情绪状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、D型人格问卷(DS14)及自编一般情况问卷,对2013年10月—2014年5月在南昌大学第一附属医院心身医学科就诊的186例SDs患者家属进行测评与分析。结果 SDs患者家属的抑郁情绪检出率为48.9%(91/186),SDS得分为(54.53±11.85)分;多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,男性是患者家属抑郁情绪发生的保护因素,D型人格、SDs相关知识了解较差、首次就诊是患者家属抑郁情绪发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 SDs患者家属抑郁情绪普遍存在,受多方面因素影响。对患者的临床治疗过程中,应对患者家属进行适当干预,缓解其负性情绪,以为患者康复提供保障。Objective To investigate the depression status of the family members of patients With somatoform disorders （ SDs）and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 186 family members of patients With somatoform disorders Who received treatment in the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2013 to May 2014 Were selected and investigated using Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS）,Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS）, the type D personality scale（DS14）and other self -designed questionnaires. Results The detection rate of depression Was 48. 9%（91/186）,and the SDS score of Was（54. 53 ± 11. 85）. Multivariable logistic regression analysis results shoWed that male family member Was a protection factor for depression,While D type personality,first diagnosis and poor knoWledge of SDs Were risk factors for depression（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Depression in the family members of patients With SDs is common, and it is influenced by many factors. In the process of clinical treatment,proper interventions should be made on family members of SDSs patients to alleviate their negative emotion and provide a guarantee for patients＇rehabilitation.
