摘 要:以实验室模拟含铜废水为研究对象,采用恒电流喷射床微粒电沉积法对其进行条件试验。结果表明,在p H=3.0、沉积液质量浓度为1 g/L、恒电流为10 A、阴极微粒粒径为1.8 mm、沉积液温度为20℃、鼓入氮气的条件下,铜离子的最大去除率为87.64%,平均电流效率可以达到81.53%,较同等条件下平板电极提高了63%。喷射床微粒电极采用的阴极微粒电极具有较大的比表面积,微粒的喷射循环能够有效地消除沉积过程中出现的浓差极化现象,鼓入氮气可以明显降低沉积液中的溶解氧浓度,从而抑制沉积的金属铜返溶,因此,喷射床微粒电沉积法在处理含铜废水时能够获得较高的电沉积率和电流效率。The article is inclined to report the results of our experimental study of treating the copper-containing sewage with the spouted bed electro-deposition method. As is known,heavy metal sewage treatment has become a research hotspot in the environment protection in recent years. In this article,we would like to present the investigation results of our experiments as a result of using our own method and its application for promoting the copper-removing efficiency from the sewage under the different experimental conditions. The experimental results show that under the conditions of the p H = 3. 0,electrolyte concentration 1 g / L,the constant current 10 A,the cathode particle size of 1. 8 mm,and the electrolyte temperature of 20 ℃ with nitrogen stripping,the optimal removal rate of copper ions is 87. 64%,and the average current efficiency tends to reach 81. 53%,which is actually 63%higher than that gained by using the plate electrode. What is more,we have worked out the removing rate of Cu2 +and the current efficiency based on determining the concentration of copper ions by the national standard method. The cathode particle electrode of the spouted bed displays a much bigger surface area than that in the plate electrode. In addition,the recycling spouted particles can help to eliminate the concentration polarization effectively in the process of electro-deposition,which contributes to the stability of the current conduction from the feeder to the conductive particles. Besides,it is also possible for us to get rid of the catholic particles agglomeration in the fixed bed and the unstable electrode current conduction in the fluidized bed in the spouted particles bed effectively. Nitrogen stripping into the electrolyte can also significantly reduce the dissolved oxygen concentration from 10 mg / L to 5 mg / L,which can effectively inhibit the re-dissolve of the deposited copper.
