摘 要:为了进一步探讨淀粉黄原酸酯基高吸水树脂对水中重金属离子吸附作用的机理及其影响因素,考察了离子总量和p H值对吸附的影响,并用扫描电镜和透射电镜等方法对其进行了表征。结果表明:该树脂对重金属离子的吸附是通过表面吸附、网络结构内部的束缚作用和官能团的络合作用方式实现的;该树脂以过硫酸钾为氧化剂,与马铃薯淀粉黄原酸酯形成氧化还原引发体系,使马铃薯淀粉黄原酸酯和部分水解的丙烯酰胺在较低的温度下接枝聚合,一般在35~45℃即可聚合。此外,淀粉黄原酸酯基高吸水树脂对重金属离子的吸附作用较强,可以应用于去除污水中的重金属离子。This paper attempts to make a discussion of the adsorptive mechanism of starch xanthate super-absorbent resins for the heavy metal ions in the sewage and analyze the influential factors of the adsorptive behavior. It is for this need that we have done necessary exploration of the effects of the ion species,the total ion concentration and the p H value on the adsorptive capacity. Summarizing the analysis results of SEM and TEM,we have arrived at a conclusion that the physical absorption on the surface,the interior binding force and the comprehensive power of the functional groups may all affect the absorptive behavior of the starch resins on the heavy metal ions. The result of the absorption condition tests shows that the ionic radius and the initial concentration of the solutions are the two principal factors influencing the absorptive capacity of the resins on the heavy metal ions. To be more exact,the smaller the radius of heavy metal ions,the stronger the starch resin adsorbs the ions with the same molarities. The functional group carboxyl( COO-) can also chelate heavy metal ions. For example,when the coordinate bonds are weak between the oxygen ions and the heavy metal ions,the absorptive capacity of the starch resins for the heavy metal ions tend to be weaker.Suppose we have taken the potato starch xanthate matrix. as the case sample,the partial hydrolytic acrylamide by alkali solution is monomer,and N,N '-methlyene-bis-acrylamides are cross linker. Potassium persulfate is the oxidant,which can make up the redox initiator system with potato starch xanthate to synthesize xanthate starch superabsorbent resins. It can start to graft polymerize at 35- 45 ℃. The adsorption capacity of the starch superabsorbent resins on Pb2 +tends toincrease with the increase of the Pb2 +concentration. What is more,with the increase of the solution of p H,the adsorptive capacity of the said starch super absorbent resins for Pb2 +ions tends to increase at first and then decrease.
