摘　　要：针对某奶吧在高峰期店内拥挤、服务供不应求、服务效率低的现状,运用Enterprise Dynamics仿真软件进行建模仿真,分析该服务系统存在的问题。通过对该店内布局和服务流程的分析,提出相应的改善方案,最后通过仿真验证了改善效果。According to the status of a milk bar, at the peak of the crowded store service demand, low service efficiency, modeling and simulation based on Enterprise Dynamics simulation software, analysis the existing problems of the service system. Through the analysis of the store layout and service process, put forward corresponding improvement program, and finally improve the effect.
