摘　　要：为有效推进士官心理教育训练模式转型,通过对士官学员"三位一体"心理教育训练模式基本内涵、主要内容、运作机制和主要特点等方面的多维阐释和精心构想,揭示出"三位一体"心理教育训练模式的重要价值,在此基础上,从强化目标体系、保障体系、运作体系三个方面提出了推进"三位一体"心理教育训练模式长效常态运行的方法.To advance the transition of the sergeants psychological education and training mode,this article uncovers the significant value of triplicity mode on psychological education and training, by multiple dimensional annotating and elaborately conceiving the basic connotation, main contents, operational mechanism and main features as well as other aspects of sergeants＇ triplicity mode on psychological education and training, based on which, it also presents a method of carrying forward triplicity mode on psychological education and training to the long-acting and ordinary state triplicity mode on psychological education and training to pattern of psychology education and running, in terms of such three aspects as intensifying the goal system, support sytem and operation system.
