上海市住院患者参与不同健康照护内容意愿的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解上海市住院患者对不同健康照护内容的参与意愿。方法采用便利抽样法,应用自行研制的《患者参与健康照护意愿调查问卷》对上海市8所二、三级综合性医院的内、外科430名住院患者进行横断面调查。结果患者参与健康照护的总体参与意愿较高,为(4.23±0.58)分。其中,参与信息互动的意愿最高,为(4.42±0.52)分;其次为参与决策和参与照护,分别为(4.20±0.75)分和(4.18±0.62)分;参与诉求的意愿最低,为(3.94±0.85)分。结论患者对健康照护的总体参与意愿较高,但参与意愿因内容而异,其中参与信息互动是患者参与的首要需求,并注重情感需求,应尊重患者的参与权利,关注患者的参与需求,优化信息互动的过程,加强人文关怀。Objective To explore the willingness of inpatients participation in different health care content in Shanghai.Methods By convenience sampling,430 inpatients in 8 Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ comprehensive hospitals in Shanghai were selected and investigated by using a self-developed questionnaire of the willingness of inpatients participation in health care. Results Patients＇ general willingness to be engaged in healthcare was relatively high（4.23±0.58）.Patients willingness to be engaged in different dimensions ranked from high to low by the scores., information interaction related participation（4.42±0.52）, decision making related participation（4.20±0.75 ）, caring related participation （4.18±0.62） and complaint related participation （3.94±0.85）.Conclusion Patients＇ general willingness to be engaged in healthcare was rela-tively high, while the participation willingness varied from different contents.Information interaction related participation was proved to be the primary demand among four dimensions.Emotional information interaction related participation drew more attention by patients. Therefore, patients＇ right to participate in health care should be respected, willingness of participation should be concerned, the process of information interaction should be improved and humanistic cares should be enhanced.
