老年痴呆患者走失风险筛查表的编制及其信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制老年痴呆患者走失风险筛查表，并进行信、效度检验。方法通过质性访谈、文献回顾、Delphi法，拟定老年痴呆患者走失风险筛查表。采用方便抽样法选择2012年1—6月入住某三级甲等医院老年病科符合标准的患者58例，应用编制的老年痴呆患者走失风险筛查表对其进行调查。结果最终形成的老年痴呆患者走失风险筛查表，包括认知状况、定向状况、日常行为、语言能力、社会关系及环境等5个维度共20个条目。5个维度的内部一致性信度Cronbacha系数为0．769～0．868，均〉0．7；总体的Cronbacha系数为O．889，内容效度（CVI）为0．91；重测信度为0．86。结论老年痴呆患者走失风险筛查表具有较好的信度和效度，对于预测老年痴呆患者走失行为的发生风险具有一定的应用价值。Objective To design the lost risk screening scale of elderly patients with the Alzheimer, and test the reliability and validity.Methods By using interview, literature review and Delphi method to design the lost risk screening scale. By convenience sampling, 58 cases were selected and investigated by the designed scale. Results The final scale consisted of 20 items including cognitive status, directional stress con-dition, daily behavior, language ability, social relation and circumstance.The internal consistency Cronbach a 0.769--0.868 was larger than 0.7.The total Cronbach＇s a was 0.889 ,the content validity and the retest reliability were 0.91,0.86, respectively. Conclusion The lost risk screening scale of elderly patients with Alzheimer＇s has good reliability and validity,and it has application value for predicting lost behavior of eld- erly Alzheimer＇ s patients.
