摘 要:针对家用散热器管板焊接存在劳动强度大、生产效率低、质量不稳定等问题,设计一种基于软PLC的三轴联动焊接自动控制系统。采用工控机和伺服控制系统实现焊枪的移动和定位,利用TwinCAT软件进行编程实现对焊机的控制。结合散热器焊接工艺和技术要求,给出了一种基于椭圆离心角变化的运动控制插补算法,通过离心角增量计算插补点横纵坐标进给量与进给速度,实现了伺服电动机控制。经过调试,结果表明:系统可靠,性能良好,达到预期目的。课题研究为管板焊接提供了新的应用途径。A three - axis associate automatic control system based on soft PLC for home radiator tube - sheet weld- ing is designed to solve the problems of low productivity, instable quality and high labor - intensity in radiator welding. A combination of IPC and servo control system are used to implement the movement and positioning of welding torch, and TwinCAT software is used to program. Combining with the welding technology and technical requirement, an interpolate algorithm of motion control based on elliptic is pro- posed. The feed and feed speed of interpolated points are calculated with the increment value of eccentric angle to control servo motors. After debugging, the results indicte that the system is of reliability, good performance and achieves expectations. A kind of application for tube -sheet welding has been provided.
