高校基层党组织“网格化建设”研究

摘　　要：随着高等学校内部管理体制改革的不断深人,师生员工的工作和生活发生了一系列的变化,如教师职能的扩充(教师外出深造、短期借调增多),学生教育的开放性趋势(实习、实践课程的比例大幅增加)等,多数总支在新形势下仍沿袭旧的支部设置模式则在某些方面产生了一定制约,使得支部工作和支部建设在客观上形成了盲区。从而,使部分师生游离于思想政治教育之外。本文就此问题进行了研究探索,并提出了一些建议。With the deepening the reform of the internal management system of colleges and universities, students and staff of the work and life occurred a series of changes, such as the expansion of the function of teachers （teachers go out studies, short-term secondment increased）, and educate students to open trend（practice, the proportion of curriculum practice substantially increase）, etc, most of the branch under the new situation still follow the old branch set up mode is in some ways had a certain constraints, the branch and branch construction objectively formed a blind spot. Thus, the part of the teachers and students in the ideological and political education. This paper makes a research on this problem, and puts forward some suggestions.
