摘　　要：随着"宽带中国"、"互联网+"战略上升至国家层面,电信运营商经营的IDC业务面临着重要的发展机遇,同时也面临着前所未有的竞争和困境。应用互联网思维,重点从管理体制、资源布局、业务流程、市场营销等方面提出了一些转型的思考。With Broadband China and Internet＋ strategies enhanced to national level, the IDC business is facing important developmental opportunities and unprecedented competition and dilemma. Combined with Internet thinking, some transformation ideas were put forward from aspects of management system, resource layout, business processes and marketing.
