摘  要:研究不同物质及添加量对青稞蛹虫草子实体中虫草菌素含量的影响,并对影响虫草菌素产量的培养基配方进行优化。结果表明,蔗糖、蚕蛹粉、磷酸二氢钾、链霉素分别作为碳源、氮源、无机盐和生长因子有利于青稞蛹虫草子实体虫草菌素的合成、累积,且作用显著。通过正交试验确定不同物质对青稞蛹虫草子实体中虫草菌素含量影响的主次因素为蔗糖>蚕蛹粉>磷酸二氢钾>链霉素>硫酸镁>酵母膏,各物质最佳添加量为蔗糖30 g/L,蚕蛹粉7.5 g/L,磷酸二氢钾1.0 g/L,链霉素2.0 g/L,硫酸镁1.5 g/L,酵母膏2.5 g/L。在优化配方条件下,青稞蛹虫草子实体中虫草菌素含量可达8 215 mg/kg。The effect of different additives and additions on cordycepin content of highland barely Cordycepes militaris fruit body was studied, and the medium formula that affect cordycepin production was optimized. Results indicated that sucrose, silkworm chrysalis meal, monopotassium phosphate and streptomycin were the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, and growth factor, respectively, which are all significantly benefi- cial to cordycepin sythesis and accumulation. The orthogonal experiments indicated that the effect of different substances on cordycepin content in order was sucrose, silkworm chrysalis meal, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, streptomycin, magnesium sulfate, yeast extract, respectively. The optimal addition were sucrose 30 g/L, silkworm chrysalis meal 7.5 g/L, monopotassium phosphate 1.0 g/L, streptomycin 2.0 g/L, magnesium sulfate 1.5 g/L and yeast extract 2.5 g/L, respectively. The cordycepin production in highland barely C. militaris fruit body could reach 8 215 mg/kg at such condition.
