植酸对枯草芽孢杆菌及其噬菌体的作用研究

摘　　要：通过在培养基中添加不同浓度的植酸,探究了植酸对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)0085和0090菌体生长、芽孢形成的影响及对枯草芽孢杆菌噬菌体P85和P90的抑制效果。结果表明,添加0.150%植酸对其噬菌体P85和P90有明显抑制效果,但影响芽孢的形成;添加0.070%植酸既可以在一定程度上抑制噬菌体P85和P90又不会影响枯草芽孢杆菌及芽孢的生长。The effect of different concentrations ofphytic acid in the medium on Bacillus subtilis 0085 and 0090 growth, sporulation and inhibiton on B. subtilis phages was investigated. The results showed that adding phytic acid 0.150% had significant inhibitory impact on B. subtilis phages P85 and P90, and affected the formation of spores, adding phytic acid 0.070% had a certain inhibition impact on Bacillus subtilis phages P85 and P90, but not affect the growth ofB. subtilis and spore.
