清热健脾法联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察清热健脾法联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎的疗效。[方法]Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者,共100例。随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组给予西药四联疗法;治疗组在对照组基础上,给予中药汤剂;疗程均为10d。对比2组治疗前后疗效。[结果]治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎疗效优于单用西药。本研究中,治疗组运用清热健脾为法,所取得的良好的临床疗效,进一步证明了湿热脾虚是幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的基本中医病机。[Objective] To observe the curative effect in treating Helieobacter Pylori （Hp）associated chronic gastritis with method of removing heat and reinforcing the spleen and quadruple therapy. [Method] 100 cases of Hp associated chronic gastritis were equally randomized into treatment and control groups. The control group was given quadruple therapy,and the treatment group was given quadruple therapy plus deeocted formula, both for 10 days. Comparisons were made between the two groups before and after the treatment, l-Results]Curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. l-Conclusion]The combined use of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and western medicine was more efficient that the single use of western medicine. The effectiveness of removing heat and reinforcine the spleen treatment indicated that the fundamental TCM pathogenisis of Hp related chronic gastritis was deficiency of spleen with damp heat.
