胃力康配合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]：观察胃力康配合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。[方法]选取2012年1月~2014年1月期间我院接收治疗的108例幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者。采用随机数表法将108例患者分为观察组和对照组,各54例。2组患者均给予20mg奥美拉唑＋1.0g阿莫西林＋0.5g克拉霉素进行治疗,疗程为2周。观察组患者加服10g胃力康,疗程为4周。对比2组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解率、药物不良反应上报率、Hp根除率及6个月后溃疡复发情况。[结果]观察组患者的临床总有效率为95.28%显著高于对照组患者的81.49%,比较2组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组患者治疗后腹胀、腹痛、反酸、嗳气、恶心等症状的缓解病例数与缓解率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者治疗后Hp根除率及6个月后溃疡复发率分别为94.44%、3.70%,对照组患者治疗后Hp根除率及6个月后溃疡复发率分别为81.48%、11.11%,比较2组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后药物不良反应上报率为7.40%较对照组患者的9.25%差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。[结论]胃力康配合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效肯定且复发率较低,可以在临床上进一步推广和使用。[Objective] . To observe the effect of Welikang combined with Omeprazole for Helicobacter pylori（Hp）positive peptic ulcer. [Methods]108 cases of Hp positive peptic ulcer admitted during Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 in our hospital were equally randomized into 2 groups as observation and control. Both groups were given 2 weeks treatment of 20mg omeprazole＋l. 0g amoxicillin＋0.5g clarithromycin, while meantime a 4-week 10g Weilikang were added to observation group. Clinical efficacy, symptom remission rate, reporting rate of adverse reaction, Hp eradication rate and recurrence of ulcer after 6 months were compared between the two groups. [Results]The total effective rate was 95.28% in observation group, significantly higher than 81.49% in control group（P〈0. 05）. Insignificant differences were observed on the comparisons on abdominal distension, abdominal pain, acid reflux, belching, nausea and the number of cases of remission and remission rate（P〉 0.05）. Hp eradication rate （observation group： 94.44% vs. control group： 81.48%） and ulcer recurrence rate after 6 months （observation group： 3.70% vs. control group： 11.11%） were observed statistically differences in comparisons（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, observation group patients reported 7.40% adverse drug reactions, not statistically lower than 9.25% in control group（P〉 0.05）. [Conclusion]The triple therapy of Weilikang with omeprazole for Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer received affirmative clinical efficacy, with low recurrence rate, therefore is suitable for further clinical use.
