摘  要:【目的】筛选适合安徽地区种植的紫甘薯新品种,为当地紫甘薯品种选育和甘薯产业结构调整提供参考。【方法】2012~2013年在国家甘薯品种北方特用型区试合肥试点对5个特用型甘薯新品种进行品种比较试验(以宁紫薯1号为对照),测定特用型甘薯的鲜产、干产、食味和花青素含量等。【结果】5个紫甘薯新品种中,商077-1和济黑薯1号鲜薯产量超过对照,其中商077-1鲜产最高,为24481.5 kg/ha,比对照增产24.27%,增产达显著水平(P〈0.05,下同)。济黑薯1号和商077-1的薯干产量分别比对照增产23.92%和22.53%,增产均达显著水平,其余品种薯干产量均低于对照,其中泰中11减产显著。济黑薯1号干物率最高,为36.80%,显著高于其他品种;商077-1和对照品种熟食味最好,均为70.0分,其余品种熟食味较差。5个参试品种的花青素含量均高于对照,其中济黑薯1号的花青素含量最高,达88.55 mg/100 g。【结论】鲜食型紫甘薯品种商077-1和烟薯0747及高花青素型品种济黑薯1号综合表现较好,适宜在安徽地区种植。[Objective ]The present experiment was conducted to screen new varieties of purple sweetpotato which was suitable for planting in Anhui province to provide support for variety breeding and adjustment of sweetpotato industrial structure. [Method]The comparative trial of five special sweetpotato varieties was conducted to determinate fresh yield, dry yield, eating quality and anthocyanin content in Hefei regional experiment of national northern specialty sweetpotato re- gional trial during 2012-2013. [Result]Among the 5 purple sweet potato varieties, the fresh sweetpotato yields of Shang077-1 and Jiheishul was more than control, that of Shang077-1 was the highest (24481.5 kg/ha) and increased by 24.27% at significant level (P〈0.05, the same below). In addition, the dry sweet potato yields of Shang077-1 and Jiheishul were increased by 23.92% and 22.53% at significant level respectively compared with the control, while that of other testing varieties was lower than the control,especially Taizhong 11 with significant decrease. The highest dry matter rate was Jiheishu 1 (36.80%), which was significantly higher than other varieties. The cooked sweetpotato of Shang077-1 and CK had the best flavor with the score of 70, while cooked sweetpotatos of the other varieties had relatively worse fla- vor. The anthocyanin content of 5 varieties was higher than the control, and that of Jiheishul was 88.55 mg/100 g, rank- ing first. [Conclusion]The fresh-eating purple sweetpotato varieties viz., Shang077-1 and Yanshu0747, and high antho- cyanin variety Jiheishu 1 with better comprehensive performances were suitable for planting in Anhui region.
