摘 要:【目的】研究不同浓度茶多酚保鲜液对非洲菊切花保鲜生理的影响,为其切花保鲜提供参考依据。【方法】以橙黄色系非洲菊切花为材料,对比不同浓度茶多酚保鲜液对非洲菊切花的瓶插寿命、花径大小、水分平衡值、可溶性蛋白质含量、细胞膜相对透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。【结果】浓度为200-1000mg/L的茶多酚保鲜液均能明显延长非洲菊切花的瓶插寿命,维持切花盛花期花径和较高含水量,有效增加切花可溶性蛋白质含量,提高SOD、CAT活性,抑制细胞膜相对透性增加和MDA含量上升。其中以400mg/L茶多酚的保鲜效果最佳,其切花瓶插寿命达21d,较不添加茶多酚延长12d;盛花期花径最大,含水量、可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD及CAT活性最高;相对电导率和MDA含量最低。【结论】茶多酚保鲜液能有效延长非洲菊切花的瓶插寿命,提高其观赏品质,且以400mg/L茶多酚的保鲜效果最佳。[Objective]Effects of different concentration of tea polyphenols preservatives on preservation physiology of Gerbera jamesonii cut flower were studied to provide reference basis for keep G. jameson//cut flower fresh. [Method] Us- ing orange-yellow G. jamesonff cut flower as materials, its physiology traits were determined to compare effects of different concentrations of tea polyphenols preservative compared with that of preservative with no added tea polyphenols as control (CK), including the vase life, flower diameter, water balance value, soluble protein content, cell membrane permeabili- ty, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, catalase (CAT) activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) content. [ Result ]The results showed that the tea polyphenols preservative at the concentration of 200-1000 mg/L could prolong the vase life of G. jameson//cut flower obviously, maintain flower size and high water content, increase the soluble protein content effective- ly, improve SOD and CAT activity, and inhibit the rise of MDA content and membrane permeability from increasing. The comprehensive comparison results showed that there was the best preservation effect for tea polyphenols at the concentra- tion of 400 mg/L, the vase life reached 21 days, which was 12 days longer than that of preservative with no added tea polyphenols. The flower diameter was the biggest in full-bloom stage, the water content, soluble protein content, SOD ac- tivity and CAT activity reached the highest. [Conclusion]The tea polyphenols preservative can extended vase life of G. jamesoni cut flower, and improve ornamental value, and that of 400 mg/L tea polyphenols reached the best preservative effect.
