摘 要:溜井全景扫描仪是一种用于溜井井壁检测的图像采集设备。通过分析溜井全景扫描仪摄像机布置方式及溜井内部采集环境,提出一种基于溜井井壁直径变化的图像裁剪平移拼接方法;对比图像直方图均衡化增强技术与线性增强技术的优缺点,提出基于线性增强的溜井全景图像对比度增强方法。武钢矿业公司金山店铁矿阶段溜井检修工程应用结果表明,经图像拼接与增强方法处理可得到清晰的溜井井壁全景图像,为溜井的检修和修复工作提供了依据。The orepass panoramic scanner is an image taking device to detect sidewall of orepass.By analyzing the arrangement of orepass panoramic scanner camera and internal photo environment in orepass,an image clipping and splicing method was proposed to check the orepass diameter variation.The advantages and disadvantages of both the equalization enhancement method and the linear enhancement method for image histogram processing were compared,and then an orepass panoramic image contrast enhancement method was proposed based on the linear enhancement technology.The engineering application results for repairing projected of stage orepass in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Mineral Company showed that clear panoramic images of orepass sidewall can be obtained through the image stitching and enhancement disposing,which provided a help for the orpass wall's repair and maintenance.
