摘　　要：RTM注射机是一种树脂基复合材料注射成型设备。为了保证树脂传递模塑成型时的生产效率和产品质量,以及特种树脂成型制品的双组分要求,研发了一种液压驱动的注射泵装置,工业应用结果表明,该装置具有注射效率高、调速性能好、树脂混合比例范围宽等特点,能提高树脂传递模塑成型过程中的安全性和可靠性。RTM injection machine is used for molding of resin matrix composites.In order to ensure production efficiency and quality,well as to meet the two-component requirement of special resin in molding production,a hydraulically powered injection pump was developed.The industrial application results showed that the device had many advantages,such as high injection efficiency,excellent speed adjustment,wide range of resin mixing ratio and so on.It can improve the safety and reliability when forming resin transfer molding.
