摘 要:某型号消防车前后转向梯形均为整体式转向梯形,针对四轮转向的消防车在四轮转向状态下车轮会因转动瞬心不在车轮轴线而产生磨损,采用瞬心偏差法评价低速四轮转向状态下车辆的车轮磨损情况,确定车辆转弯半径及误差范围和车辆的最小转弯半径。基于Ackerman定律优化前转向梯形参数,用瞬心偏差法优化后转向梯形参数,优化后瞬心偏差最大值减小了46%。The front and the rear steering trapezoids of a fire truck are the Ackerman steering. Due to the instantaneous center not in the four wheel axes,the wheels produce wear in four- wheel steering state. The instantaneous center deviation method can evaluate the wear rate of the wheels in four- wheel steering state and evaluate the value and error range of turning radius and the minimum turning radius of vehicles. Based on the law of Ackerman,the front steering trapezoid was optimized. And the rear steering trapezoid was optimized based on instantaneous center deviation method.
