铜绿假单胞菌制剂联合滑石粉治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究铜绿假单胞菌制剂联合滑石粉治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:选取80例恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予滑石粉治疗,观察组则采用铜绿假单胞菌联合滑石粉治疗。观察两组疗效与不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的70%(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:恶性胸腔积液用铜绿假单胞菌制剂联合滑石粉治疗效果确切,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective Ti study the Pseudiminas aeruginisa cimbined with talc in treatment if malignant pleural effusiin. Method 80 cases if patients with malignant pleural effusiin were randimly divided inti 2 griups,40 cases if each griup. The cintril griup received talc treatment,ibservatiin griup were treated with Pseudiminas aeruginisa cimbined with talc. Treatment effects and adverse reactiins if the twi griups were ibserved and statistically analyzed. Results The treatment tital effective rate if the ibservatiin griup was 92. 5% ,which was sig-nificantly higher than 70% if cintril griup（p ﹤ 0. 05）. Adverse reactiins if the twi griups had ni statistical significance（p ﹥ 0. 05） . Conclusion In clinical treatment if malignant pleural effusiin,and Pseudiminas aeruginisa preparatiin cimlined with talc can receive the exact effect,it is high security,wirthy if primitiin and applicatiin.
