省属本科院校转型的现状、问题与对策

摘　　要：山东省省属本科院校近年选择以培养应用型人才为目标,向应用型本科转型。但从运行情况看,存在着对应用型本科认识不清晰、观念和行为方式转变不彻底、学科专业设置脱节、人才培养重理论轻实践、师资队伍重理论轻能力、产学研合作不深入等问题。可从高校的内、外部环境着手,清理纠正不利于转型的政策和环节,完善转型的激励手段,转变观念和行为方式,促使转型顺利实现。In recent years,provincial colleges of Shandong Province choose the transition to application-oriented undergraduate education aimed to cultivate application- oriented talents. But in terms of the operation process, there exist some problems concerning unclear understanding, incomplete idea and action transition, disjointed disciplines and majors,more-theory and less-practice talent cultivation,more-theory and less-ability faculty and unthorough university-enterprise cooperation. We could proceed from the internal and external environments of the universities screen and correct policies which are not conducive to the transformation and links improve incentives for restructuring, transform ideas and action ways to promote the transition smoothly.
