Enhancing Positive Mental Quality to Promote the Best Development of the Students Taking Fuzhou No.2 Middle School for Example

摘  要:福州第二中学的心理健康教育工作从过去关注学生心理疾病治疗,转变为重视早期预防,构建了以早期预防为重心、以提升学生自身积极心理品质为核心的三级预防干预体系——面向所有学生,以心理健康教育课程为主要形式的一级普遍性预防干预;面向部分学生,以团体辅导为主要形式的二级选择性预防干预;面向个别学生,结合箱庭游戏,以心理咨询为主要形式的三级特别性预防干预。我们的工作还从注重学生全面全能发展,转变为关注学生多元智力,重视个性培养,开展以心理课程、社会实践等多种途径的职业生涯规划辅导,实现学生的最优匹配发展。Mental health education in Fuzhou No. 2 Middle School has been shifted from the focus of the treatment of the students’ mental illness to the focus of early prevention and has constructed a three-level preventive system that focuses on early prevention and promotion of the student’s positive mental quality----facing all the students and providing mental health education courses as the first-level universal preventive intervention; facing part of the students and providing group counseling as the second-level selective preventive intervention; facing individual students, combining sand play games and providing psychological counseling as the third-level special preventive intervention. In addition, the focus on the students’ overall development has been shifted to the focus on the students’ multiple intelligence, attaching importance to the cultivation of individuality and giving guidance to their career planning through mental courses and social practice, so as to achieve the best development of the students.
