摘 要:采用微波消解-ICP-OES 法同时测定1~12月不同采收期野生白花丹药材叶中无机元素含量,并采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析法对测定结果进行分析。结果表明:Al ,B ,Fe ,Mo ,Sn ,Ti ,V ,Cu ,Ni ,Cd ,Mn ,Si 元素为白花丹的特征无机元素;Mo ,P ,Pd ,Fe ,Al ,Sn ,Ti ,V ,B ,K 各元素相互紧密联系,并与 Ca ,Sr 拮抗;7~10月的白花丹叶中的元素含量可视为同质。ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy) and microwave-assisted di-gestion were adopted to measure the contents of inorganic elements in the leaves of wild Plumbago zeylan-ica L. collected in different months of the year ,and the resulting data were treated with correlation analy-sis ,principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis .Al ,B ,Fe ,Mo ,Sn ,Ti ,V ,Cu ,Ni , Cd ,Mn and Si were shown to be the characteristic inorganic elements in the leaves of P. zeylanica .Mo , P ,Pd ,Fe ,Al ,Sn ,Ti ,V ,B and K were closely related to each other and were antagonistic to Ca and Sr . The contents of inorganic elements in the leaves of P. zeylanica collected from July to October could be regarded as identical .
