摘 要:目的:分析维生素D对BMI影响的流行病学病理,研究维生素D干预对肥胖影响的关系,探讨维生素D补充的可行性.方法:通过数据库检索、手工检索、参考文献追踪收集文献,运用Meta分析客观评价维生素D对BMI的影响.结果:研究共纳入13篇文献,积累研究对象1 137例,实验组586例、对照组551例.Meta分析显示各国研究结果、干预时间、干预剂量、实验对象BMI合并RR值(95%的置信区间)分别为1.24[0.81,1.67],1.11[0.24,1.98],1.96[1.42,2.49],1.59[1.01,2.07],p值均小于0.01,差异具有统计学意义.结论:维生素D水平与肥胖评价指标BMI具有相关性,维生素D补充可以改善肥胖者BMI值以及血脂状况.Objective:To analyze the impact of vitamin D on BM I (body mass index ) pathology ,to make epidemiological research on the impact of vitamin D intervention on obesity relations ,and to study the fea‐sibility of vitamin D supplements .Methods :Database retrieval and manual retrieval were combined to col‐lect relevant reference literature ,and meta‐analysis was made to give an objective evaluation of the influ‐ence of vitamin D on BM I .Results :This study involved 13 articles ,and a total of 1 137 cases were includ‐ed in the objects of study ,of which 586 cases were in the experimental group and 551 cases in the control group .Meta‐analysis showed that the research results ,intervention time ,intervention dose ,subjects BM I merger RR (risk ratio ) values (95% confidence interval) were 1.24 [0.81 ,1.67] ,1.11 [0.24 ,1.98] , 1.96 [1.42 ,2.49] and 1.59 [1.01 ,2.07] ,and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01) .Con‐clusion :Vitamin D levels are associated with the obesity index BM I ,and vitamin D supplementation can improve the BM I and blood lipid of obese people .
