摘  要:目的研究14种紫珠属植物枝叶提取物对磷酸二酯酶4(PDE4)的抑制作用。方法采用体积分数95%乙醇回流提取法提取药材,以标记液体闪烁计数法检测提取物对PDE4的D2亚型靶标(PDE4D2)的抑制活性。结果测试体系的药物终质量浓度为0.2 g/L时,毛叶老鸦糊、裸花紫珠对PDE4D2的抑制率分别为86.78%和85.76%,其他12种紫珠属植物的抑制率则均在90%以上,其中大叶紫珠的抑制率为98.63%。结论紫珠属植物对PDE4靶标具有明显的体外抑制作用。Objective To investigate the inhibition of the fourteen Callicarpa Linn. medicinal plants towards phosphodiesterase 4( PDE4) in vitro. Methods Callicarpa Linn. Chinese medicines were extracted with95% ethanol reflux and the inhibition rates against PDE4D2 were determined out by liquid scintillation counting method. Results When the concentration of the crude extract was 0. 2 g / L,the inhibition rate of C. giraldii var. subcanescens and C. nudiflora against PDE4D2 were 86. 78% and 85. 76%,respectively.Those of the other 12 species were more than 90%,especially that of C. macrophylla was 98. 63%.Conclusion Callicarpa Linn. plants showed remarkable inhibitory activities towards PDE4 in vitro.
