摘　　要：特色服务是提高图书馆服务质量的有效途径。特色服务没有固定的服务模式,要结合实际,因馆制宜。高职院校图书馆必须挖掘人才资源的特殊优势,扩展资源建设的便利视野,依托先进的技术条件,推进与时俱进的人才队伍建设,多层次的、立体的开展高职院校图书馆的特色化建设。玉溪农业职业技术学院图书馆立足于特色馆藏,借助现代化技术,开展特色服务。通过实践探索,玉溪农业职业技术学院图书馆逐步走上了突出特色服务的发展之路。Featured service is an effective approach to improve the service quality of a library.There is not a fixed pattern of featured service,measures have to be taken according to the specific condition of the library.Vocational colleges must conduct multi-layer and three-dimensional library featured construction by taking advantage of talents and advanced technology.The library of Yuxi Agriculture Vocation-Technical College stands on its featured collection,provides featured service with modern technology.Through practical exploration,the library is walking into a development route of featured service.
