摘　　要：目前地州本科高校图书馆的学术研究困境突出表现在学术方向不明,学术研究缺乏系统性;研究内容脱离实际,学术研究缺乏务实性;学术团队意识不强,缺乏科研集体合力;缺乏骨干队伍和学术带头人;学术研究与实际工作缺乏互动,学术成果没有很好的应用于具体实践等方面。地方文献学科建设是地州本科高校图书馆特色化发展的有效路径。地州本科高校图书馆在进行学科建设对象选择时需遵循"与实际工作相结合"、"量力而行"、"特色与创新"的原则,建设步骤包括确立学科建设目标、建立健全组织机构、组建学科研究队伍、抓好基地建设和科研项目建设等。The main problem of academic research for library of local universities lies in indeterminate and unsystematic academic orientation,impractical research content,lack of team spirit and academic leaders,lose connect between academic research and actual work,and so on.Local literature disciplinary construction is an effective way of characteristic development for libraries of local universities.Principles of ＂integrating academic research and actual work＂,＂act according to one＇s ability＂ as well as ＂character and innovation＂ must be adhered to while conducting disciplinary construction.Besides,it is also important to establish construction objective,improve institutional framework,build up research team,and pay attention to construction of academic base and specific research project.
