摘  要:目的探讨护理干预对新生儿疾病筛查足底采血不良反应的影响。方法将本院接受足底筛查的580例新生儿随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预)各290例,对2组新生儿一次性采血成功率、标本合格率,足底采血不良反应,新生儿依从性及家长对护理服务满意度进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组新生儿一次性采血成功率、标本合格率均明显提高(P<0.05);观察组新生儿皮下淤斑、针眼出血感染等不良反应的发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);观察组新生儿对采血依从性及家长对护理服务满意度较对照组均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够降低新生儿疾病筛查足底采血不良反应的发生率,提高新生儿疾病筛查的准确度及家长对护理服务的满意度。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the adverse reactions of plantar blood sampling during the neonatal disease screening. Methods A total of 580 cases receiv- ing plantar blood sampling for neonatal diseases screening in our hospital were randomized into con- trol group and the observation group with 290 cases per group. The neonatal disposable puncture success rate and samples qualified rate, adverse reactions of plantar blood sample, neonatal compli- ance and parents' satisfaction degree for nursing service in the two groups were observed and com- pared. Results Compared with the control group, the neonatal disposable puncture success rate and sample qualified rate in the observation group were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05) ; Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions such as neonatal subcutaneous stasis, nee- dle bleeding and infection were obviously reduced in the observation group (P 〈 0.05). Compared with the control group, the neonatal compliance and parents' satisfaction degree for nursing service in the observation group were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The nursing inter- vention can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of plantar blood sampling during the neonatal screening, increase the accuracy of the neonatal screening, and improve the parents' satisfaction de- gree for nursing service.
