摘　　要：超声乳化白内障吸除术,从1998年开始在我国逐步开展,至今已有16年余。其开展范围,从过去只在大城市的三甲医院少数医生开展,发展到现在大多数白内障专业的医生及许多基层医院的眼科医生也相继开展了这项技术。我们发现在学习这项技术的过程中,不少初学者及手术例数尚少的医生尚对此项技术的要点缺乏全面的认识。为此,笔者在本文中就超声乳化白内障吸除术的基本技术和个人体会进行述评。It has been 16 years since ultrasonic cataract phacoemulsification was first attempted in China. In early years, this procedure was performed only by a few doctors in tertiary hospitals, but now by most cataract specialists and many ophthalmologists in township hospitals and/or clinics. Nevertheless, a considerably high proportion of beginners lack a comprehensive understanding of this surgical procedure. This paper attempts to discuss the importance of the basic technical skills in phacoemulsification surgery training based on the author＇s personal experience.
